Our vegetable lasagne is made from brinjals, baby marrow, greenpepper which is slow cooked with tomato, onion, garlic. It is then placed in layers of pasta, creamy bechmel sauce, mozarella and imported parmesan. This is a delicious meal on its own or add one of our garlic focaccia or ciabatta.
